Refund & Returns Policy

We at Mimic Gaming are confident that you will be delighted with any product purchased from us — whether in-store or online. However, we understand that sometimes accidents happen during transit or circumstances change. With that in mind, we aim to be as flexible as possible when it comes to processing refunds and returns.

Products may be returned or refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition and includes all original packaging and materials. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be subject to partial refunds or may not be accepted at the our discretion.​

 

For your benefit and for reasons of product integrity, there are some product categories that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on, unless faulty or not as described. This applies to the following item category: Sealed Trading Card Games (TCG's). This does not affect your statutory rights. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

We may ask you for pictures/evidence to prove the damage has happened in transit. We will then assess and advise of next steps. We will keep you informed about the progress of any replacement products.

Refund & Return Period

Our Refund and Returns Policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund or return, the item(s) must be in the following condition(s);-

  • It was purchased directly from Mimic Gaming Ltd (with proof of purchase such as receipt or order number).

  • The return request is made within [30 days] of purchase date.

  • The product is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

  • The product is not listed as non-returnable or final sale.

  • A valid reason for return or refund is provided (e.g., defective item, wrong product shipped, item damaged on arrival, etc.).

    • Defective or damaged items: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photo or video proof of the defect or damage.

    • Wrong item received: Must be reported within 7 days; product must remain unused and in original packaging.

    • Change of mind: Returns due to buyer’s remorse may be accepted at the our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.

 

Non-Refund or Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Food

  • Drink

  • Gift Cards (Physical)

  • E-Gift Cards

  • Trading Card Game (TCG) Products

Refund & Returns Procedure

If you would like to request a refund or return an item, please send an email to us at sales@mimicgaming.co.uk outlining the item you would like to refund or return including your original order number in the subject line, your details and the reason for the request.

Please tell us in the email also if you would like the product exchanged or refunded.

Please package the item securely for transit either in the original box we shipped it in, or a suitable alternative, including the original Invoice/Order Details that we provided in the box, and remember to enclose all the individual items that combine to make the product complete.

Once we have item has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected

If approved, you refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few working days, minus any shipping costs, Non-refundable Paypal fees or Payment Processing fees that are non-refundable to us as a company.
