These Membership Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Mimic Gaming Ltd Membership Program. By enrolling in a membership plan, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
 

Membership Plans and Billing

Memberships are available in the following billing options:

• Monthly Membership Plan – Billed once per calendar month.

• Annual Membership Plan – Billed once per year at the time of enrollment.

All membership payments are securely processed through Square. By enrolling, you authorize Mimic Gaming Ltd to charge your selected payment method via Square according to your chosen billing cycle.

• Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

• It is the member’s responsibility to ensure payment information remains current and valid.

• If a payment is declined or fails, membership benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
   

Membership Benefits – Free Visits

• Each active membership includes one (1) free visit per month.

• The complimentary visit is limited to a single six (6) hour session.

• The six-hour session must be used in one continuous visit and may not be split across multiple days or separate sessions.

• Free visits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.

• Unused complimentary visits do not roll over to subsequent months and hold no cash value.
   

Table Rental Discounts

• Membership table rental discounts apply only to Wargaming and TCG gaming table space and are subject to availability and store scheduling policies.

• Tabletop Role-Playing (TTRPG) Room Rentals are excluded from:

  • Complimentary membership visits

  • Membership table rental discounts

• Private TTRPG room rentals are billed separately at standard rates.
   

Free Product

• Eligible memberships may include one (1) complimentary product with a retail value of up to £30, subject to availability.

• The complimentary product must be selected from in-stock items and is limited to a single item with a maximum retail value of £30 at the time of redemption.

• If the selected product exceeds £30 in retail value, the member may pay the difference at the time of redemption.

• The complimentary product benefit is non-transferable, holds no cash value, and may not be exchanged for store credit.

• This benefit may be subject to additional promotional terms and may be modified or discontinued at the discretion of Mimic Gaming Ltd.

Member Conduct

• Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner while on store premises.

• Mimic Gaming Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership benefits without refund for violations of store policies, disruptive behavior, or damage to property.
   

Cancellations and Refunds

• Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued.

• Annual memberships are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except where required by law.

• Program Modifications

  • Mimic Gaming Ltd reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or terms at any time.

  • Members will be notified of material changes in advance.

  • Continued participation in the membership program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms
